No pets, parties, or events are allowed.

Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not permitted inside the studio. Please smoke in designated outdoor areas only.

Commercial photography or filming is not permitted without prior approval.

Please respect neighbors and maintain low noise levels at all times.

Smoking inside the property will incur a fee.

Lost keys will incur a $30 replacement fee.

Assistance is not available after 22:00.

The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction without refund.

Please note there is a bar downstairs and occasional construction nearby, so minor noise may be present at times.

Guests have access to their private room only — resort facilities in the building are not included in this booking.

We aim to provide a peaceful, relaxing stay for all visitors — thank you for helping us maintain a respectful environment.

Kindly leave the room in a tidy condition upon check-out.

Extra cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess or damage.

No cooking inside the room.

Report any damages or issues immediately so we can resolve them quickly.

Full refund if cancelled at least 5 days before check-in.

50% refund if cancelled within 5 days of arrival.

All stays include a 24-hour grace period after booking for free cancellation (if the check-in date is at least 5 days away).

Paid public underground parking is available next to the building entrance.

Paid street parking is also available along View Avenue (check signage for fees and time limits).
